Corporate Pharmacy Leadership Residency Program

Acquire valuable leadership skills by working directly with health systems and pharmaceutical suppliers in corporate pharmacy within HealthTrust, a leading healthcare organization. Focusing on optimizing patient care, residents learn how to develop strategies and establish business goals and priorities at the corporate level.

The University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy co-sponsors the PGY-2 Corporate Pharmacy Leadership Residency Program. HealthTrust’s first pharmacy resident, Nicolle Rychlick, now serves as director of Clinical Integration and Implementation at HealthTrust.

  • Doctor of pharmacy degree from an accredited college
  • Active pharmacist licensure in any U.S. state
