Luann Culbreth, Director Clinical Operations

Luann Culbreth works in partnership with the Contracting Team at HealthTrust to develop strategies for the Radiology Advisory Board, Cardiovascular Advisory Board and the Respiratory Therapy Specialty Committee. She brings a diverse clinical and administrative background focused on operations and value analysis. Luann holds a Bachelors in Medical Science and Masters in Healthcare Administration. She is a registered radiology technologist and board certified in healthcare management.

 

 

Christa Pardue, Director, Lab Services

With twenty years of experience as the system-wide Laboratory Director, Christa has worked in every aspect of the clinical lab. Christa leverages her vast clinical knowledge and experience to engage HealthTrust’s Laboratory Advisory Board Members. Working with the Contracting team, she is able to draw on her knowledge as a general Medical Technologist with a specialty in Flow Cytometry. Christa holds a Master’s in Business Administration and is a Medical Technologist, certified through AMT – American Medical Technologist. In addition to her Laboratory experience, Christa has also utilized her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training with multiple hospital-wide workflow projects throughout her career

 

 

Rachael Bennet, Service Line Director, Capital Equipment, CHRISTUS Health

Rachael Bennett is the Service Line Director for Radiology and Capital at CHRISTUS Health. Her responsibilities include leading the system-wide Radiology Clinical Value Analysis Team, sourcing radiology products and contracting for imaging capital equipment.  Joining CHRISTUS in 2019, Rachael brings a wealth of knowledge from her experience as both clinician and supply chain consultant. Rachael holds a MBA and is licensed in both Radiography and Radiation Therapy through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

 

 

 

Erin Arnold, Clinical Resource Director, Steward Health

Erin Arnold MSN, RN, CNOR is currently a Healthtrust Clinical Resource Director embedded in Steward Health’s Corporate Supply Chain.  She oversees the Surgical Value Analysis Program at Steward.  Erin is an OR nurse by training and has a breadth of experience in multiple service lines and in education and leadership. Erin has been in a clinical supply chain role for the over 6 years, previously at Scripps Health before relocating to the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.  In 2018, she and team were the recipients of the HT Clinical Excellence Award for their partnership with clinicians and surgeons in the clinical integration of supply chain.  Erin is a member of the Mercy Outreach Surgical Team (MOST) which provides surgical care through missions in Mexico.
