Tonia Kraus has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry with over 20 years in group-purchasing. She currently serves as a Vice President, AdvantageTrust. The non-acute service line of HealthTrust.
She has developed and fully managed 3 non-acute group-purchasing organizations/divisions, solely focused on the non-acute, ambulatory and long-term care markets. Leading two market leading GPOs during her career.
Prior to group purchasing, she assisted in the development of two divisions for Sheer, Ahearn: Radiographic Consultations and Team Approach to Sports Medicine. In both capacities, she developed national businesses used by the insurance, legal and sports medicine fields. She has additional prior experience in physician practice management, billing, coding and M&A activity.
Tonia is a graduate of the University of South Florida and now lives in Hendersonville, TN.
Beverly Kirchner, BSN, RN, CNOR, CASC, has over 20 years of experience in the ASC space as the owner and president of Genessee Associates, an ASC and surgical hospital development and consulting company that works with clients located throughout Texas, Louisiana, New York, Maryland, Nebraska, Missouri, California, Georgia, Ohio, South Dakota, and North Carolina. Beverly is also the founder of SurgeryDirect, a multi-licensed ASC in Colorado. She currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer.
