Dr. William Payne
Dr. William Payne, Orthopedic Surgeon, Franciscan Health

Dr. William Payne is a board certified orthopedic surgeon with a focus on spine surgery. He earned his medical degree from UCLA and his master’s in Public Health from the University of Minnesota. He is a member of the North American Spine Society and the President of the Charles R. Drew University of Medicine & Science House Staff Association. He is also the current program director of Franciscan Health Orthopedics.
