His background includes medical device sales for major spinal implant manufacturers, as well as business development and supply chain management for the 3M Company. Garshnick earned his bachelor’s degree from Cumberland University in Lebanon, Tennessee, and his healthcare MBA at the Massey School of Business at Belmont University in Nashville.
