John Theobald

John Theobald, PharmD, is assistant vice president of Clinical Pharmacy Services at HealthTrust and chair lead for its Pharmacy Advisory Board. He has over 25 years of clinical pharmacy practice experience in acute care medicine. He previously served as director of Clinical Pharmacy Services for both HealthTrust and Consorta. Earlier, Theobald was the Pharmacy Clinical/Residency coordinator at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Belleville, Illinois and on faculty at the St. Louis College of Pharmacy and St. Louis University Family Practice Medicine Program. He is a graduate of South Dakota State University College of Pharmacy, where he received his bachelor’s and doctorate degrees.
