HealthTrust Leaders to Speak at Fall 2023 IDN Summit and Reverse Expo

HealthTrust Performance Group announced today four executives will speak at the Fall 2023 IDN Summit and Reverse Expo, Aug. 28-30 at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort in Phoenix, Arizona.

During the following panel discussions, HealthTrust leaders will share industry insights on a number of key topics and issues impacting healthcare systems:

  • Ramy Hanna, Regional CEO HealthTrust Supply Chain Continental/ROi will participate in “Navigating the Future of Healthcare: Insights for Healthcare Suppliers” to explore the latest technological innovations revolutionizing healthcare delivery and what suppliers need to do now to drive future growth.
  • Brian Moran, PharmD, Vice President of Pharmacy Services will participate in “Hospital Pharmacy Operations: Enhancing Efficiency and Maximizing Patient Impact” to discuss how pharmacy leaders can drive improvements to operations, medication management, use of technology and cost reduction.
  • Jake Marshall, Senior Director Enterprise Preparedness and Emergency Operations, HCA, was invited by HealthTrust to participate in “Safeguarding Healthcare: Strategies for Proactive Preparedness against External Threats” to identify the unique vulnerabilities faced by IDNs and how to proactively strengthen organizations in preparation for adverse events.
  • Bill Kellar, Vice President, Strategic Sourcing, HCA, was invited by HealthTrust to participate in “Creating True Partnerships to Drive Supply Chain Optimization” to discuss best practices for identifying and creating alliance between GPOs and healthcare organizations, with real world examples of collaborative, powerful partnerships.

In partnership with other participating GPOs, HealthTrust will host a reception on Monday, August 28 from 5-6:30 p.m. where attendees can connect and network at the event. HealthTrust will also welcome its attending members to an exclusive dinner at The Americano restaurant following the reception.

For more than 20 years, the IDN Summit has brought together senior healthcare supply chain and pharmacy executives to discuss strategic supply chain issues impacting Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). The summit will feature tracks including Supplier Strategies, Financial Operations, Digital Transformation, Executive Leadership Pharmacy Acute and Non-Acute Care, as well as additional idea exchanges.
