Employee Feedback Drives National Industry Recognition and Top Culture Distinctions Across All Industries
NASHVILLE, Tenn., June 8, 2026 – HealthTrust Performance Group™ (HealthTrust), a leading healthcare performance improvement organization, today announced it has been named a 2026 Top Workplace by The Tennessean for the fifth consecutive year, and also receiving national industry recognition and top culture awards across all industries.
The eight Culture Excellence awards recognize strengths in employee appreciation, leadership, innovation, purpose and values, employee well-being, compensation and benefits, work-life flexibility and professional development. These honors are based entirely on HealthTrust employee feedback.
“These awards especially meaningful because it reflects the voices of our colleagues,” said Ed Jones, President and CEO of HealthTrust. “Their feedback continues to shape our culture, strengthen our workplace and guide how we support each other and our members. We are honored to be named a Top Workplace again and remain committed to creating an environment where employees can thrive.”
Nearly 50% of HealthTrust’s Middle Tennessee employees participated in this year’s survey, sharing insights into HealthTrust’s culture, values and leadership. The Top Workplaces program recognizes organizations that prioritize a people-first culture—an achievement HealthTrust continues to earn year after year.
“Our colleagues make HealthTrust an exceptional place to work,” said Jones. “Their dedication to our mission and to one another is what drives our success. We believe this recognition reflects the strength of our culture.”
HealthTrust’s continued recognition as a Top Workplace also reinforces its commitment to attracting talented professionals across Middle Tennessee and beyond.
