He is responsible for sourcing operations including the financial analysis team, and directs the organization’s supply disruption strategy, focusing on resiliency through data transparency and technology. Swaim holds a master’s degree in finance from the University of Houston and a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management from Auburn University.
