Trinity Health Extends HealthTrust Relationship for 5 More Years

BRENTWOOD, Tennessee—September 25, 2015 —Trinity Health, one of the largest Catholic healthcare delivery systems in the nation, signed a renewal participation agreement that extends its longstanding relationship with HealthTrust℠ through December 2020.

Under terms of the agreement, Trinity Health will continue an eight-year partnership that has provided benchmark value to 86 hospitals in 21 states, helping the system move toward its goals related to improving health, improving care and reducing costs. Trinity Health has grown rapidly and is a strong proponent of the committed GPO model, having documented significant savings in each of its acquisitions.
